Psalms 55:22

  Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

Dear Heavenly Father,

  Lord, You tell us to put our burdens on You, but once we put them down, it seems that I pick them right back up. Help me know that You will never leave me, that I can leave my burdens at Your feet and don't have to worry about caring them on my own.

  Help me remember that I may be having a good day but that the person next to me may not be. And that a kind smile and friendly word of encouragement could help turn their day around. And like Pastor Gabbard said recently, help remind us that we may be the only Gospel some people ever see/read.

Increasing My Faith - Day 23

Mark 10:52

Dear Heavenly Father,

  Is it my lack of faith that keeps me relying on all these medications?  Is it just this sin cursed world that has my body plagued with these diseases?  Or is there something going on that I can't see yet, that will ultimately be for Your glory?  Lord, help my life ultimately lead honor and glorify You.
