1 Peter 5:6-8

  Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

Dear Heavenly Father,

  Help us remember that there is an enemy out there, and he want to keep us from doing Your will. And that the devil will use every trick he has, every depressing thought, something from our past, a current burden that is on our mind. But Lord, help us remember, that we need to remain humble before You, that those burdens we need to cast them upon You. Because You have already promised to take care of us.
